BASIC SETUP
A Les Paul/335/ will be ready to play when it arrives...with a medium/low action. A floating trem strat setup is 40 euros extra, otherwise strats do not come setup,
A telecaster setup is 30 euros.

I do not clean or change any electrics which are simply dirty(scratchy pots or jacks), as I prefer to keep my guitars as original as possible, I will also not use contact cleaner on pots, as it may strip the track faster. So i leave this up to the buyer to decide....I find most scratchyness will simply clean up with use. ...this is the best method...

New strings can be requested on any guitar for 10 euros, (9's or 10's) otherwise the original strings will be on it, unless they are beyond all hope!!

PAYMENT IN STAGES
I occasionally take a payment over 2  months, with a 5% surcharge, however, if the purchase  can not be completed within the allotted time period, (within reason) I will refund the monies paid, MINUS  15% OF THE TOTAL GUITAR PRICE, AS A HANDLING AND HOLDING CHARGE.


 SHIPPING and RETURNS

If the guitar is returned for any reason within a 7 day period of purchase, the buyer may exchange it for another guitar, with any difference in price being either funded by the buyer, or refunded to the buyer.
If the guitar is returned for an exchange, the buyer pays all shipping costs.

Returns for refund, buyer pays all shipping costs and a 15% fee of the guitar price.

These terms ONLY apply to the  EU, I can not accept any returns from non EU countries due to customs issues..

If the buyer is outside the EU then the buyer must organise the collection and the insurance for the guitar..




Loss or major damage
The buyer will be refunded the insured cost of the guitar minus any shipping fees..




Holding Guitars
I will hold a guitar for a period of 1 month on payment of a 10% non-refundable deposit.
